Clever Hours

Terms of use

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use a Clever Hours product (Daily Ten, Interview Autopilot, Warm Intro Engine or the Job Hunt Autopilot bundle). By buying, you agree to them.

Who sells the products

Clever Hours creates the products. Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Creem's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Your licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it and use it for your own job search. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the skill files, guides or substantial parts of them. The bundle includes a licence for each product in it.

What the products are, and aren't

The products are Claude skills with setup guides. They prepare drafts, documents and reminders in your own accounts; you decide what is sent or submitted, and you are responsible for checking it first. They do not promise a job, an interview, income or any particular result. AI can make mistakes, and features of Claude, Gmail and other services can change.

Third-party services

The products run inside Claude and use your Google account (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar). Your use of those services, and of any job sites, is governed by their own terms; the products are designed not to automate actions those sites forbid. Clever Hours is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Google, LinkedIn or Indeed.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Liability

The products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Clever Hours is not liable for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
