How to get a refund

Email our contact email within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout or your order number. We'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How long it takes

We process refund requests within two business days. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record, which returns the money to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After 30 days

After 30 days we can't offer refunds, but if a file is broken or won't open, email us and we'll send a working copy.
